Portfolio Snapshot

Amplify's successful debt Trust, the Songbird Development Debt Trust is financing the development of 34 townhouses in the western Brisbane suburb of Oxley. The developer, HD Songbird Pty Ltd, acts as the trustee for the HD Songbird Unit Trust and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeycombes Property Group Pty Ltd (HPG).

The purpose of this Trust is to fund the Songbird Terraces residential development and to provide benefits to investors through a fixed quarterly return, with a maximum investment period of 24 months.

Investment Returns Guaranteed by Honeycombes Property Group

The returns from the Songbird Development Debt Trust are guaranteed by Honeycombes Property Group Pty Ltd (HPG) and are not linked to any quantum of profit that the project achieves. HPG is a property development company based in Brisbane and Townsville, with a successful track record of development over the last 30 plus years.

Specialist Builder has started construction.

Builder Clearcon has started construction of Songbird Terraces and the project will be complete in early 2027.

Songbird Terraces is located in the desirable suburb of Oxley, just under 17 kilometres south-west from Brisbane's CBD. 

As the final residential precinct within the Songbird master plan, Songbird Terraces will revitalise the area and enhance the suburban lifestyle with rich amenity. The townhouses will be situated near parkland, providing access to local walking paths and playgrounds.
