Our mission is to capture, create and enhance value and returns for aligned investors from carefully selected commercial property assets. 

The founders and directors of Amplify Funds Management (Amplify) are delighted to present the Amplify Central Business Park Trust (Trust), an Unlisted Wholesale Property Fund providing investors an opportunity to co-invest alongside the founders in a high quality property Trust offering secure and stable returns and quantifiable Capital Growth.  


The purpose of the Trust is to hold and manage these properties throughout their growth and stabilisation phase and to benefit the Trust unitholders by providing stable, secure and growing annual returns coupled with Capital Growth as a result of the rental increases and improving market conditions. 


The Amplify Funds Management team have over 100 years’ experience of combined in the commercial property industry in multiple disciplines including funds management, property investment and development, legal, construction, sales, leasing and management of individual assets and portfolios.  These skills coupled with a focussed and unwavering investment approach will see Amplify consistently deliver long term, sustainable returns. 


Amplify, due to its relationship with Honeycombes Property Group, is in a unique position whereby it has secured the Telstra assets and CVC without unnecessary transaction costs thus these properties are being acquired by the Trust with cost efficiencies generally unavailable.

Over the last decade, Honeycombes has undertaken a number of large scale, mixed used projects partnering with both public and private organisations:


Central, our $450 million mul􀆟ti-stage master planned re-development of Townsville's Flinders Street rail yards in conjuncti􀆟on with Queensland Rail, Harbour Lights in Cairns, a $172 million luxury apartment complex developed in partnership with the Cairns Port Authority as part of the Cityport master plan.

Ferny Grove Central and The Fernery, a $150 million mixed use Transit Oriented Development in collaboration with DTMR, Queensland Rail (QR), the Queensland Government and the Australian Federal Government is currently in delivery phase.

Coorparoo Square, a $253m Urban Renewal Mixed Use Project comprising 366 residential apartments, Aldi Supermarket, Dendy Cinemas (10 screens), 28 food, beverage and service tenants, 295 retail car parks.

CQU Townsville


Honeycombes delivered a purpose-built 3,000sqm campus facility for CQUniversity in less than 12 months, working with TCC and CQUniversity. This was the first project approved in the Townsville City Waterfront Priority Development Area and the Development Application was approved in less than two weeks due to the high-quality information provided by the team.

ATO Townsville


The Australian Taxation Office commissioned Honeycombes to deliver a new 4,750sqm A-grade office facility with ESG design and quality outcomes embedded along with a tight and inflexible delivery timeframe.


Honeycombes delivered ATO’s facility and achieved a 5-star Green Star Design and Build certification through the Green Building Council of Australia.

Telstra Office Townsville


Honeycombes has agreed terms with Australia’s leading telecommunications tenant's for a new office and warehouse facility. The balance two lots in Central are ear marked for AAA Grade tenants with one under consideration by a Commonwealth Government tenant and the final lot is located in a prime location with views and access to the Queensland Country Bank Stadium across Ross Creek.
